We help clients identify, understand, and align with the needs of their key stakeholders. Complex issues require a high-touch, qualitative approach which generates insights through interpersonal connection. We guide and augment this approach with our analysis & visualization toolkit to provide wholistic, data rich, and actionable strategic recommendations.
We strive to provide a holistic, lasting impact for clients by following a framework which starts by understanding culture and ends with implementing a compelling vision.
We start by understanding the core beliefs and motivations of the constituency we are working with - be it a community, stakeholder group, or a company itself. This begins with listening to our constituents first, identifying their values, and establishing genuine rapport.
Patterns and habits form within constituencies in order to achieve results, based upon that group’s values. By identifying how people align themselves, as well as influences within and on the group, we are able to map the dynamics of how a group orders itself to achieve its goals.
Determining how success is defined and measured is critical to aligning habits that lead to positive outcomes. People typically act according to what they are incentivized to do. Identifying the commonly held metrics that guide group action ensures a constituency is rewarding activity it values.
Key to articulating a compelling vision is garnering genuine buy-in among a constituency. We believe that buy-in can only be established once we genuinely understand why the constituency holds its cultural values and how that constituency structures itself and performs. All three factors - Culture, Structure, and Performance - inform how we implement a vision with lasting impact.
